I am a hardworking, intelligent sales person and have spent my working life in sales and recruitment in Brighton. I have become very knowledgeable in most areas of recruitment in Brighton in addition to developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. My key responsibilities in this challenging role include establishing relationships with Brighton companies, as well as companies further afield, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of positions in Brighton and recruitment in Brighton and ensuring the smooth running of my branch through effective management of my team. Our main focus is Brighton recruitment which I feel that I have assisted by making sure that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to significantly improve our Brighton business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to establish a relationship with Brighton & Hove City Council / East Sussex County Council. We were able to fill these public sector jobs very efficiently.
