We are a busy, friendly, company operating within the insurance sector offering travel insurance to potential customers and supporting policyholders post policy purchase. 

We wish to recruit, reliable, articulate, hard working, friendly people with a positive work ethic to boost our team of existing call agents. 

We are planning ahead for 2022 and want to ensure that our new team members are fully trained and ready to contribute to the future of our business. 

Full training will be provided, a normal day will involve both telephone and written work in the form of responding to emails.

There is no cold calling involved. 

As we currently operate between 9 - 6 Monday to Friday and 9 - 2 on a Saturday, we are able to offer flexible working hours as long as they meet our roster requirements.

Much of our team is made up of part time workers, juggling family and busy lives (salary pro rata for part time staff). As long as reliability is in place, this works well for the team.
