We are a friendly, busy, office within the insurance sector offering travel insurance to potential customers and supporting policyholders post policy purchase. 

We wish to recruit, articulate, hard working and dedicated, friendly people to boost our team of existing call agents. 

As we operate between 9 - 6 Monday to Friday and 9 - 2 on a Saturday, we are able to offer flexible working hours as long as they meet our roster requirements.

Much of our team is made up of part time workers, juggling family and busy lives.

A normal day involves both telephone and written work in the form of responding to emails. There is no cold calling involved.

The initial contract period is 3 months however we are more than happy to be flexible; for example we may be able to extend contracts and / or if you are a student or working parent etc, we are open to increasing / decreasing your hours to fit in with you where possible.
