Manager - WorkAid
This is a key post within the Aldingbourne Trust providing supported employment services for people with a learning disability, autism and/or other support requirements. The role involves management of the WorkAid project and coordination management as lead partner working with other specialist providers across West Sussex.
The service requires excellent organisation and co-ordination skills to make sure that contract outcomes are met in a timely, person centred, and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that agreed individual and team targets are fulfilled. Internal auditing and Quality Management skills will be essential to make sure the people we support meet their objectives and successfully progress into employment. You will also have a strategic role, ensuring business plan objectives are developed and met.
The position is based at Aldingbourne Country Centre but will involve county wide travel to offices, temporary bases and home working staff across county.
The contractual hours for this post are 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
