You'll get the opportunity to lead a varying portfolio of complex and challenging cases, thriving in the opportunity to work independently, as well as stepping up and providing training and guidance to more junior members of the team. Coming on board a growing team you'll play a crucial role in leading it forward though, driving business development & providing outstanding client management.

You'll be;

• CPI qualified, or studying
• Possibly JIEB qualified
• An outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills, particularly in relation to leading a team
• A confident conscientious decision maker

Your new role will include;

• Being responsible for client handling
• Overseeing case progression, compliance & financial requirements
• Training and mentoring junior members of staff
• Delivering updates and progression reports to Partners and Directors
