Already working in Corporate Finance? We are working with an East Sussex firm who are seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join their office in Lewes.

You will supporting their Corporate Finance Director & Business Advisory Associate Director in the full range of duties, assisting from beginning to end of projects within their SME client base.

You will have the opportunity to steer your career toward what interests you most, whether you are newly qualified or still taking exams.

You'll get:

• Researching buyers within acquisitions transactions
• Delivering regular progress updates to clients, building relationships throughout transactions
• Undertaking valuations of shareholders and businesses
• Actively assisting in networking for firms

You'll have:

• Either AAT/ ACCA/ ACA fully or part qualified
• Experience in accountancy or Corporate Finance
• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
• Outstanding organisation skills, thriving working both in a team and under your own initiative
