An award winning, entrepreneurial business based in Brighton is seeking a diligent and aspiring Finance Manager to join them in a pivotal, newly created role for the business. This company is building upon several years of continued success, driven by maintained excellent customer service, and has ambitious global business plans. This individual will work closely with the Managing Directors / business owners on ensuring effective financial management and reporting for the business and play an integral part in the decision-making process and actively contribute to them reaching their growth potential.

The successful candidate will manage 1 Finance Assistant and likely recruit more finance staff in the near future. As it is a small team, this is a hands-on role to start with this individual overseeing everything from day to day transactional accounting duties, to all management and financial reporting and analysis. They need someone who learns quickly and understands the importance of really getting to know a business 'from the bottom up'. A key focus of this role will be development of better management information and profitability analysis of different product lines and services.
