Who are you?

You're a solicitor in Private Client, between 1-4 years PQE, either specialising or looking to specialise into Court of Protection matters. Looking to further your career in this field within a supportive and highly respected team ranked in the Tier 1 of the Legal 500 for Court of Protection nationally. You are keen to progress your career and you're looking for a team to work with you in order to develop your skills in high quality work.

Your role

As part of the Court of Protection team, you will be responsible for working with brain injured and elderly clients, due to the nature of the cases the work is highly varied and equally rewarding. Helping vulnerable clients with applications, lasting powers of attorney as well as capacity and best interests amongst other matters. Building long term relationships with clients is key as you work with them regularly for a host of services.
