Who are you?

Are you a corporate commercial solicitor with 2-3 years PQE, looking for an in-house job but want to spend more time by the sea? Having achieved a law degree of at least a 2:1, you're qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and have some experience with financial services in the past. A new job here in Brighton with a view onto Preston Park could be just the thing for you.

Your role

Your job will be to work with the rest of the in-house Corporate Department on transactions and larger projects. You will also be working with the company secretary and providing legal advice to departments throughout the business on an ad-hoc basis as well as drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts.

You will have access to a team of lawyers within the Corporate Legal Department who will be able to support your development within the business. Giving you a better understanding of the direction and strengths of the company and how your strengths can be used to help you beat your goals and progress your career.
