Who are you?

You're an experienced Corporate Paralegal having completed the Legal Practice Course or completing CILEX qualification, or alternatively a NQ Corporate Solicitor looking for an in-house corporate opportunity. You enjoy working with others in order to achieve goals for the team as well as confidence in your own abilities and attention to detail to successfully manage workflow covering all areas of corporate law.

The role

Your role will involve supporting the team of lawyers within the corporate legal department and occasionally also supporting the risk and data protection team. You'll be responsible for document management and production, deeds scheduling, supporting the company secretary, and providing ad-hoc administrative support. It is essential that you have had previous corporate (mergers and acquisitions) experience.

Your support

You'll be working with a team of legal professionals including a General Counsel, a Senior Legal Counsel, a solicitor and a Company Secretary. They will help develop your knowledge of the company as well as the technical specifics of your role as an in-house Corporate Paralegal.
