The main office base is Beech Cottage, Woodingdean however as we complete direct care visits across the City you will be allocated to work from one of our satellite bases. We have Teams working in Hove, East Brighton, Coldean, Patcham, Saltdean etc to assist in maximising resources. You will be working towards achieving the best outcomes for adults by assisting with direct personal care, daily living tasks, goal setting to support reablement and liaising with the office and other professionals. You will need:  - Knowledge and understanding of working within the care sector - A commitment to providing excellent standards of care and support - Flexible in your approach and have the ability to work as part of a team as well as the confidence to work alone - Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to work under pressure and to use your initiative Home Care Support Worker positions covering several different rota patterns. All contracts include a minimum of alternate weekend working.
