You like working in a fast paced, creative environment where you are supporting a team. MSOffice including Excel and PowerPoint is second nature to you and you also have good MS Project skills.

Working on medium to large projects, in an ever changing environment with various customer and supplier base, you'll be good at providing administrative support on multiple projects.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing effective administrative support, using varied document control systems, reception, telephone, meet and greet and all general office welfare duties
  • First point of contact for staff, suppliers and customers
  • Managing meeting arrangements including room bookings, catering, logistics and presentation set up / pitch material.
  • Providing administrative support including typing and editing documents, minute taking, placing orders, managing deliveries and filing
  • Preparing all site documentation required at the start of each project, including the H&S folder and site signage, ready to give to project site manager. This involves dealing with contractors working on each project, who will be required to provide their project specific RAMS
  • Preparing all Operation and Maintenance manuals required for the handover of each project. This involves dealing with contractors working on each project, who will be required to provide their project specific operation and maintenance information
  • Procurement of stationery and kitchen supplies in the office and maintaining office stock levels in accordance with stationary month by month spreadsheet

You'll also be able to use your creative flair:

  • Maintaining and building the marketing arm of the company including daily management of Twitter handle, updating the Wordpress website, LinkedIn and all marketing collateral

And your numeracy skills:

  • Supporting the Operations Director across the financials of the business including Purchase Orders, reconciliation sheets and processing invoices

What do you need?

  • Detailed knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project and Excel
  • Very organised, able to work under your own initiative, be self-motivated and proactive
  • Some marketing experience would be ideal
  • A full and clean driving license
  • Fire Warden and First Aid qualifications would be desirable
