We are looking for confident and friendly Parade Ring Assistants to support our teams on race days.

Liaising with the Clerk of the Course, you'll be managing the race timings to ensure the race starts on time, and monitoring our guests to ensure their safety within the vicinity of racehorses. You'll ensure that both the Parade ring and Pre-Parade ring are operating in a safe and efficient manner.

We are looking for people with previous experience of working with horses, who will be friendly, helpful and confident when dealing with our customers.

What do you need to be successful?

• Equine knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be friendly and confident with a 'can do' attitude
• A knowledge of racing would be advantageous

In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you will receive holiday pay, key items of uniform and a lunch bag whilst on shift.

We will need you to be available for all of our racing events.

Opening Saturday - 5 May
A Festival of Food & Horseracing - 24-26 May
Three Friday Nights - 1, 8 & 15 June
Family Race Day - 10 June
Qatar Goodwood Festival - 31 July - 4 August
August Bank Holiday Weekend - 24-26 August
Midweek Racing - 4 & 26 September
Harvest, Hops & Horseracing - 14 October
