The successful candidate will have the necessary skills to support our parents and develop opportunities to engage them in their childrens learning. You will also be responsible for the co-ordination and administration of our breakfast and after school clubs.

Successful candidates will need

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Good attention to detail with the ability to use systems for monitoring attendance

An understanding of community and issues or barriers that may be facing parents and families

The ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders including parents, children, staff and external providers and agencies

Experience in monitoring and co-ordinating a budget

Ability to take a flexible approach to work to respond to changing needs

Knowledge of Attendance and Safeguarding procedures
