We are seeking a Team Leader to work with a range of individuals receiving support in our CHOICES Supported Living Services in Brighton and Hove. You will have a high regard for individuals who have learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues and be able to incorporate values of integrity, individuality and rights into your work. You will also have the skills to organise rotas, support your colleagues and lead a team to provide the highest standard of support.
