We are seeking a part time Team Leader 15 hours based in Coastal and 22.5 hours based in Western area in West Sussex to lead a team offering the highest standard of support to persons with learning disabilities and autism.  Working closely with the area's Service Manager, individuals are supported by our CHOICES community outreach and supported living Team. Incorporating values of integrity, individuality and rights into your work will be essential to contribute to the quality of person we are looking for.
