Our Revenues and Benefits section is a vibrant and challenging place to be and we are focussed on delivering great customer service. Once you are trained you will join one of our Council Tax teams and you will be helping customers digitally, on the phone and face to face resolving complex and detailed queries. You will need to be great at dealing with people, as you will be helping customers from all backgrounds, sorting out their Council Tax problems sensitively and helping them come to suitable payment arrangements. We welcome applications from all sections of the community but particularly encourage BAME, disabled, LGB and Trans applicants as these groups are currently under-represented in our service.
