The role of Move on Co-ordinator is to provide casework and support to individuals and services working with single homeless people and rough sleepers with multiple and complex needs with the aim of helping them move on from their current accommodation to more appropriate accommodation or to greater independence. The role will carry a small caseload of complex service users and maintain an overview of all long staying or inappropriately accommodated clients within council commissioned supported accommodation services.
