We are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager who has 2 years proven experience of working with people who have learning disabilities. You will play an important role in supporting the manager to further develop the service and lead the staff team. 

You will need to have experience and an understanding of staff supervision, have clear written and verbal communication skills and be able to work within and manage the team. Enthusiasm and a passion to support people who have challenging needs is essential. The role involves working closely with the Community Learning Disability Team and family carers.

Training and supervision will be provided to support you in this role.
