An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and dynamic individual to work in the Integrated Team for Families and Parenting Service. We are looking to recruit an Early Years Family Coach to work directly with families and alongside other organisations to provide holistic packages of support with the aim of enhancing employment opportunities; improving engagement with nurseries and schools; improving physical and mental health and wellbeing; improving family functioning and social integration and reducing levels of anti-social and offending behaviour. We are looking for someone with early years’ experience including knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and experience of working with families including delivering parenting programmes. The team contributes to the Government’s Troubled Families initiative and has a key role in helping families and vulnerable individuals.
