A strong regional firm of chartered accountants are keen welcome an Audit & Accounts Manager to the team based in central Brighton, East Sussex.

The office is centrally based a short walk from Brighton train station and based within the eclectic north laine area of the city.

About You

• Professionally qualified ACA or ACCA
• Current or recent experience of working in an accountancy practice
• Competent and confident with managing a considerable portfolio of clients
• First class presentation and communication skills
• Proven managerial and supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge in UK GAAP and reviewing accounts files for statutory and non-statutory clients
• Experience in managing statutory audits for UK companies, including planning and reviewing
• Experience of working with charity clients would be advantageous
• Iris, Sage, Xero and KashFlow experience advantageous
