The site manager will be responsible for the administration of matters relating to the site and buildings, including liaising with all contractors and managing Health and Safety Risk Assessments. They will take full responsibility for the management of our hard-working facilities support team of cleaners.

It is essential that the successful candidate possesses skills in: all aspects of DIY, dealing with contractors, performance management of cleaners and that they are aware of current health and safety legislation, fire risk assessment and able to operate and manage the site security system.

This post is offered with a two-bedroom detached property, with its own private and secluded garden set within the school grounds. The successful applicant   will be required to occupy and live in the caretaker’s property.

Our pupils are well-behaved, confident and enthusiastic. We are expanding to a full 3-form entry and will have over 650 pupils when we are full.

This role will be crucial to the smooth everyday running of the school and you will be a key member of the staff team.
