This role involves the supervision of children eating school or packed lunches whilst keeping the canteen clean and tidy. Candidates must be willing to engage with children in play activities and also oversee group games in the playground. Good behaviour at lunchtimes is essential to productive learning in our afternoon session and our Midday Supervisors play an important part in ensuring this is achieved. Candidates must demonstrate a range of behaviour strategies and have experience in working with children of various ages from 4 to 11 years old.
