You will play an important role by:

Supporting the Catholic ethos (even if not Catholic)

Contribute to and be part of a forward thinking senior leadership team who strive to provide outstanding, inclusive provision for all children at all times

Demonstrating excellent, inclusive, professional practice, always placing children at the centre

Showing an excellent knowledge of special educational needs and the primary curriculum

Raising standards and achievements of children with special educational needs

and vulnerable pupils through a child –centred approach to teaching and learning

Supporting, developing and leading all teachers and teaching assistants to ensure high standards of teaching and learning for children with special educational needs and those who are vulnerable

Taking a lead role in safeguarding pupils and safeguarding practise across the school

Working well with parents, a range of outside agencies and as part of a team

Contributing to the School Development Plan and being committed to raising standards

Bringing a range of skills and interests that impact on the school community

This post is ideal for those who wish to make a further difference to an already successfully inclusive school. High standards are expected so that all children can achieve their potential. You will receive personalised high quality CPD in order to further develop your skill set and coaching and mentoring opportunities are available.
