This is an exciting time for Cityclean with a variety of large projects to implement including the introduction of wheelie bin recycling for the city combined with improvement in our systems as processes as we go through a service design to improve the customer experience for our residents. The ideal candidate would have skills/experience in the following areas: • The development and implementation of waste management projects • Carrying out targeted research • Excellent experience in communications both external and to our workforce • Project management • Good contract management experience • Excellent ICT skills • Experience of multiple software packages and databases • Customer service & community engagement • Be highly methodical and have excellent organisational skills • Monitoring of budgets and financial record keeping
