The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with skills and experience in the following areas: • Significant working knowledge and experience of Microsoft systems including as minimum, Word, Excel and Outlook. • Providing a customer focussed service in a busy, pressured environment • Experience of working in an administration role within a busy operational office. • The ability to use and manipulate databases and CRM systems. • Excellent numeracy skills and experience working in a financial environment dealing with orders, invoicing and liaising with suppliers. • Excellent communication skills verbally and writing. • Able to plan own work load and work on own initiative to meet the needs of the service. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. • Flexible team player with commitment to provide a professional and efficient service.
