Are you a Senior Designer looking to make a difference to people's lives?

The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience working in digital and print, including UX design, layout and typography, as well as strong art direction skills, and have a demonstrable passion for communications design.

The Senior Designer will lead on user experience design for the organisation and oversee the creation of a broad range of materials that communicate Sightsavers' vision and mission to its audiences and the wider public. The Senior Designer will also develop and maintain Sightsavers' visual identity and be a key voice in building a sophisticated brand experience for the organisation, advising on implementation of the visual aspects of the Sightsavers' brand.

The ideal candidate will already be working as a senior designer and have experience working in-house or with clients in the not-for-profit sector.

Motion graphics skills and experience with user testing would be an advantage. Fluency in French, Italian, Swedish or Norwegian would be welcome, but is not essential.
