We are looking for a Team Leader who can demonstrate a professional and flexible approach to the work, with the ability to build positive relationships across the team and adapt quickly to meet service needs. The successful candidate will lead and support a small team in day to day operations. We will look for proven leadership qualities including excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve problems as they arise. You will be accountable for monitoring and managing your teams’ performance, developing and equipping your team with the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to improve, modernise and strengthen our excellent customer service.
