You will coordinate responses to enquiries and complaints about council housing services. This will involve answering complaints directly and co-ordinating responses on behalf of the Heads of Service. Just as important as sending timely and helpful responses is the role you will play in identifying and promoting learning from the outcomes of complaints and enquiries and ensuring they are incorporated into future organisational plans and policies.
