About the Role
WORKFORCE INFORMATION OFFICER
11,923 to 12,643 per annum.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Workforce Information Officer to join the Human Resources team at Sussex Downs College. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, interpreting and reporting key HR data for the Senior Leadership Team. They will be the systems administrator for the College’s HR and Payroll system, and will be responsible for providing a wide range of workforce reports on a regular and ad hoc basis as required. The post holder will also have responsibilities for developing the efficient and effective HR information processes and workflows.
The ideal candidate will have relevant technical expertise, significant experience of working with computer-based HR or Payroll systems and of preparing, presenting and analysing data reports, and also a keen understanding of how these can be developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services. Experience of working with Business Objects (or similar database query tool) would be distinctly advantageous.

Additional Information
