Based Hastings & Newhaven.

This is a great opportunity to join SCDA during a period of growth. Responsible for creating and maintaining effective relationships with referral organisations in the medical and health sector, you will compile client referral maps, have initial engagement and help clients to manage their ongoing involvement with the project, ensuring their wellbeing, health, community engagement and employment needs are fully met.

Ideally with a health background, you will demonstrate a successful track record in partnership working to support vulnerable people, assisting & enabling them to access opportunities, and be accustomed to regular review and performance reporting.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and will be a confident and credible ambassador for SCDA, showing sensitivity to the aims & values of the organisation as a whole.  

Posts are subject to a DBS check and based in Hastings & Newhaven, with some travel to partner and outreach locations across East Sussex and Kent.
