You will provide support and give time and encouragement to allocated service users actively promoting their recovery and inclusion in the local community, using a person-centred indvidualised approach in line with the Personalisation agenda.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate effective, reflective listening and communication skills, validating strengths using relationship statements, empathy, compassion and patience in meeting service user needs.
In return EBRT will offer you support and supervision, regular learning and development opportunities and mentoring in a friendly supportive working environment.
Grade: NJC Scale 5, pro rata
