Arch Health CIC is a new social enterprise which has recently been awarded the contract to deliver primary care to homeless and vulnerably housed patients in Brighton & Hove. We are looking for an outstanding candidate to fulfil the role of Practice Manager at our surgery in central Brighton.

We have a very experienced team who are committed to making a real difference by delivering excellent health care and improving the health of the poorest fastest. The Practice Manager will play a significant leadership role in three key areas: leading the surgery team, leading all areas of business administration, representing the surgery to external stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, extensive management experience including HR management, proven business administration skills and a strong resonance with the vision and values of Arch Health CIC. Ideally they will have experience of practice management but it is not essential.
