An entrepreneurial law firm is looking to expand their Private Client offering in Brighton (East Sussex) and are therefore seeking to recruit a like-minded Solicitor or Legal Executive to take on the challenge. The firm have recently been ranked by the Lawyer as one of the Top 10 best managed law firms in the UK.

About you:

• An Associate Solicitor/FILEX or Senior Associate with at least 4 years PQE within Private Client law, dealing with Wills, Probate, LPA's and Trusts.
• You will have a proven track record of business development activities and securing new business. You will also be able to demonstrate your past client interaction and identifying of new business opportunities.

The role:

The firm's Private Client department help people from all walks of life in creating wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney and in administering deceased estates. They aim to get to know their clients so that they can develop solutions which faithfully mirror their wishes, evolve with their lives and protect their beneficiaries. The firm's older and bereaved clients and their families appreciate the experience they have in understanding their sensitivities when dealing with their personal and financial affairs and estates. The team are recognised by independent directories such as the Legal 500. You will manage a full and varied private client caseload and develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in Sussex.
