You will need to have an understanding of staff supervision, have clear written and verbal communication skills and be able to work within and manage the team. Owing to the needs of the service users it is preferable that the successful candidate has a full driving licence to drive the unit car (manual). You will play an important role in further developing the service and leading the staff team through a period of change. The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission therefore you will be required to become a Registered Manager. Grade: NJC SO1/2 37 Hours per Week Includes: sleep-ins, evening and weekend working Enhancements paid for unsocial hours
