Permanent role up to 37.5 hours

£16979 per annum.

We have an exciting opportunity within Brighton and Hove Choices to work within our Supported Living Service.

Grace Eyre's is recruiting in Brighton and Hove to help support adults with acquired brain injury (ABI).  The role involves promoting individuals' independence by working in a personal centred way, enabling them to build on their strengths and achieve their goals, dreams and wishes.  We support people with all aspects of their lives, such as daily living skills, medication, personal care and finances as well as accessing community activities. If you are motivated, enthusiastic and wish to provide a high quality service for people with ABI we would love to hear from you.
