Project Worker for Sessions- Active Lives (GE2016056)

Fixed-term contract 4 months 37.5 hours

£16979 per annum.

In this role you will be leading a variety of interesting and engaging sessions for groups of service users. You will be responsible for planning, leading and risk assessing each activity.  You will also work with participants to create individual learning plans and record achievements on these as you work towards their individual goals and the organisation.  Experience of leading activities for varied groups would be beneficial.
