Duties are varied and will include: call screening of incoming calls to the customer service number; processing referrals that come into the service; setting up and taking minutes of service user related meetings, including team referrals; arranging appointments for the Duty Team and Clinical Staff; managing data for different workstreams using excel. Evidence of the following criteria is desirable:-
1) Knowledge of Care First and Care Notes would be advantage although training will be provided for the right candidate.
2) The post holders will possess well developed IT skills and will demonstrate competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
3) You will have minute taking experience, ideally in a social services setting.
4) Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
5) The ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative.
6) You will be a flexible team player with a solution focused can do attitude.
The ideal candidate will generally look forward to a challenging and rewarding work environment, in which finding a balance between team working and utilising initiative is important.
Grade: NJC Scale 4, pro rata
Hours per week: 16.5 (Monday 9am-2pm; Tuesday 9am - 4pm (with half hour break); Wednesday 9am-2pm
Paid weeks per year: 52 (inclusive of holiday entitlement which is pro-rata)
The post is to start as soon as possible and is fixed term until October 2017.
