Your role will be crucial to delivering the SIS Learning and & Development Strategy and developing BME community assets. You will be responsible for the recruitment, support and professional development of sessional interpreters, translators and advocates, manage complaints and drive a culture of continuous learning to enhance customer satisfaction. You will have proven experience of designing and delivering learning initiatives, be customer focused, and have excellent IT, communication, influencing, organisation and diplomacy skills.
