About the Role

The 5-19 Early Help Service is currently looking to offer this exciting new post as Triple P Parenting Practitioner.  The ideal candidate for this position is a creative, outgoing, self-starter who is comfortable working in a number of different settings. We are seeking an individual who would form part of a countywide Parenting Team working together to develop and deliver a multi-level parenting approach across East Sussex. Parenting Practitioners will proactively work with families, colleagues partners and stakeholders to promote and deliver positive parenting.

This post is to support families with children ASD or children who exhibit ASD type behaviours as part of the Hastings and Rother Triple P pilot.

Additional Information

This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services (previously the Criminal Records Bureau). Please note that we require evidence of an overseas police check if you have lived or worked abroad.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
