As the manager of the service your role will include; ensuring service users’ needs are met and that they are supported to learn new skills and to live as independently as possible, staff support and performance management, financial responsibilities and budget management, health and safety management and implementation of policies and procedures.

You will be very well supported in your role through training, line management supervision and peer support.
