Our client, a leading financial services organisation based in the busting North Laines area of Brighton are seeking a Paralegal.

You will have the following responsibilities;

• Provide support to lawyers through the efficient management of case documents including indexing, document collation, document organisation and evidence analysis.
• Conduct legal research, on request
• Liaise with counsel and other external parties as required.
• Draft minutes/agendas for Case or Lawyer's meetings and chair if needed.
• Attend Determinations Panel /Tribunal/Court hearings when required to provide administrative support.
• Create and maintain an index of documents for disclosure, undertake disclosure exercises as required, format and produce legal documents, arrange service of legal case documents on external parties, file documentation with the DP/Tribunal/Court to required deadlines.
You will have a Client-focused approach and previous paralegal experience, in particular in a litigation setting desirable, but not essential.

For this role you must have a relevant legal qualification (e.g. law degree, CPE, LPC, ILEX).
