Using your extensive experience of managing projects and working with complex partnerships you will be responsible for a suite of projects linked to agencies and organisations from the private, public and third sectors. You will lead in developing and writing bids for funding which will include working with partners to develop propositions, setting budgets and identifying suitable delivery partners.
We are looking for someone with drive and initiative who is prepared to do the work necessary to build positive working relationships with senior leaders within and outside of the council and has the ability to use their influencing and negotiation skills to engage new partners in projects and secure the necessary resources.

This post is best suited to someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast changing environment where the policy and political imperatives are not fixed but where high standards of delivery and output are expected.
