Proposition Manager, Sussex. Up to £45,000 + excellent benefits and bonus.
This leading Insurance operation has a new and exciting role working within their Insurance Partnerships team.
The principal aim of the role is to develop new market leading propositions and provide all levels of support required to drive the acquisition of new partnership insurance distribution deals.

Identify and assess new opportunities for distribution partnerships to sell Insurance products and propositions, ensuring that these opportunities meet profit, volume and embedded value targets.
Provide support to the New Account Sales Directors in their development of new partnership opportunities.
Develop and deliver changes and improvements to existing Insurance propositions, covering areas such as product design, distribution strategy, pricing models and customer journeys from initial idea through to delivery to market, in order to support the ability to secure new partnership deals.
Ensuring that these new propositions optimise the best possible customer experience, deliver partner tailored solutions and maximise revenues and profit.
Be on lead on behalf of the Insurance business in respect of potential new partner and tender activity. Ensuring quality and timely production and submissions of RFP's, RFI's, Tender Presentations and any other required documentation.
Project management facilitation for RFP, RFI and Tender responses.
Develop future sales and marketing plans which support new partner acquisition.
Provide all required support to ensure successful on-boarding and seamless implementation of new Insurance partner relationships.
Lead and contribute, to off-site client facing meeting as required.
Be on lead for researching competitor and markets intelligence as well as detailed information about potential Partner prospects and presenting this research in a manner fit for purpose for its target audience.

To apply we are looking for;
Someone who is highly experienced in a similar propositions role.
Preferably with knowledge of insurance products – Household, Life, Protection.
An enthusiastic self starter, who is highly driven and motivated.
