The successful applicant will be able to lead the large team of staff in the nursery, alongside the Nursery Managers, to ensure the provision of high quality care and education for children aged from 3 months to 5 years.
We would like you to have a proven track record in leading and managing staff, and in promoting the values of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Knowledge of the care and development of children is essential.
The hours will be worked over Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and will be a job-share with our current Deputy Childcare Manager.
Grade: NJC Scale 6, pro rata
Hours per week: 22
