Commercial Insurance Sales Manager, Sussex £30-40,000 plus benefits and bonuses.
Well established, growing brokerage are looking for an individual to drive and develop their commercial business.
Overseeing a commercial team of 8, you will drive sales and growth through managing existing and forging new client relationships.
The Commercial operation deals with a wide range of products across the SME market.
You will ensure the Commercial arm meet key sales KPIs.
Maintain the highest level of service towards clients and a quick response time to all incoming enquiries.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Share best practice & offer ideas for continuous improvement.
Conduct 1-2-1 sessions with the team and ensure staff awareness of all key KPIs.
Establish effective relationships with clients, providers and colleagues to ensure excellent service is provided.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures such as the FCA by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework.

To apply you must have;
Previous experience in a similar role and a good understanding of the commercial insurance market.
You will have a dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach.
Must have a genuine interest in and passion for Sales.
Have excellent, proven management and communication skills.
