The postholder will work closely with the Executive Head to develop a new structure to be implemented as a result of the ongoing review. The post involves working across 2 schools, Cedar Centre and Patcham House and is supported by an Assistant School Business Manager. This successful candidate will be a member of the Executive LeadershipTeam responsible for support and operational functions which enable the schools to continue their journey from ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’.
We are looking for an outstanding strategic thinker with the ability to motivate staff and proactively manage change. Working within a talented and innovative leadership team, this post requires an experienced professional who can demonstrate not only exceptional leadership skills but also theoretical, practical and procedural knowledge of Finance, HR, Health and Safety and Facilities Management.
