**Restaurant Manager – Brighton – up to £30,000 per annum + bonus**

We are currently looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager for a stunning venue located on Brighton sea front. This modern restaurant prides itself on delivering fine fresh food coupled with outstanding service.
As a restaurant manager you will responsible for motivating and driving your team to deliver excellence and create a memorable experience for every guest. Your role will see you driving sales, communicating with colleagues and building relationships to work towards targets. You will be proactive, innovative and able to make effective decisions.

This is a role for someone with genuine passion, drive and ambition. Someone with an enthusiastic and positive approach to their work who can motivate the team around them and make customer service at the centre of everything they do.

As a well rounded Restaurant Manager you should have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of budget management, able to analyse your P&L, be able to manage costs and be able to manage all health and safety requirements.
