Foster carer recruitment is a key part of the strategy of increasing the number of children placed with in-house foster carers. The Practice Manager will manage the foster carer recruitment team, located within the Fostering Service and have oversight of the recruitment process from generating of enquiries through to assessment and approval. The successful applicant will need to have a thorough understanding of foster carer recruitment and assessment.
