Conference & Banqueting Manager – East Sussex – Up to £22,000

We are currently recruiting an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager for a beautiful located in central Brighton. The Hotel offers a variety conference & banqueting space catering for corporate and leisure guests.

As C&B Manger you will be responsible for the set up of every event taking place in the hotel, ensuring the smooth running through staff delegation, organisational skills and attention to detail. Using your fantastic customer service skills you will be responsible for meeting & greeting all guests ensuring they are aware of the facilities available to them.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of conference & banqueting experience preferable from a unique and characteristic resort/hotel dealing with very large numbers. This is not a back of office role and requires the potential candidate to be used to the operational side of the business and be able to be hands on with every event.
